Chain of Command for Housing Issues

If you are experiencing an issue with your unit, such as a leaky faucet or broken cabinet, you should follow this simple chain of command. Contact our office if you need help!

Simple Chain of Command

      1. Submit a Work Order
      2. Talk to the LTO or Other Residents
      3. Talk to the Administrative Staff
      4. Talk to the Executive Director
      5. Use your Grievance Process (Read more here)
      6. Bring the issue to the Housing Authority Board
      7. (sometimes) Bring the issue to EOHLC or HUD
