- Submit a Work Order
- Talk to the LTO or Other Residents
- Talk to the Administrative Staff
- Talk to the Executive Director
- Use your Grievance Process (Read more here)
- Bring the issue to the Housing Authority Board
- (sometimes) Bring the issue to EOHLC or HUD
