Community Engagement Fellow

Marsha is a graduate student at Merrimack College pursuing a degree in Nonprofit Management and Community Engagement. Through her fellowship with Massachusetts Union of Public Housing Tenants, Marsha is further developing her skills in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and housing advocacy while building on her experience with strategic planning and program development to support resident-centered solutions. She aspires to leverage her frontline experience, collaborative approach, and leadership skills to advance systems-level change and create lasting, positive community impact.
